Use cases:
- Create a static copy of a mediawiki elsewhere:
- On my desktop (e.g. html via Collection extension, also see Mwlib, and OpenZIM.)
- On a server within a LAN (see mirroring, and also Mediawiki/OAI mirror etc)
- Create a copy for editing elsewhere
- On my desktop (Mvs)
- Move (part of) a mediawiki to another mediawiki

- Keep two wikis synchronised
